Bring your whole family and join us at Houston’s beautiful Discovery Green for the kick-off event of Free Day of Yoga.

Schedule

8:30 a.m. Indian music, students arrive, meet and greet

9:00 – 11 a.m. Yoga class begins – taught by Nicole Haagenson, Achim Fassbender, and Ann Hyde (30 minutes each). Jennifer Buergermeister will end in a final meditation for peace and global awareness.

11:00 -11:30 a.m. Musical guest Houston Press “Best Female Vocalist” Katie Stuckey will perform from her new album The Old States.
